Founder & CEO

Trained as an urban planner and urban designer, Simon brings his wide range of experience and skills in land use planning, real estate development and construction in Canada and abroad to develop distinguishable real estate projects. Having worked in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, Simon has a deep understanding of the real estate development and management process and founded Échelle to address relevant socioeconomic issues, particularly those related to equity, heritage and sustainable development.
